Overview

Classes and wine and olive oil tours are in English and led by Cinzia Rascazzo who is a certified Italian wine sommelier and extra virgin olive oil taster.

This program includes in-class wine tastings and lectures, visits to beautiful wineries in the best wine areas, extra virgin olive oil tasting classes, visits to olive oil producers and presses. It also includes one cooking class.

Cinzia also works as a consultant for some of the best wine and olive oil companies. You will have a chance to privately meet wine producers or oenologists and learn all the insight details about their production, wines and olive oils.

Itinerary

This 7 day wine and olive oil full immersion program usually runs from Saturday to Friday.
You may join Cinzia for the one week program or for a 1 day wine tour or for a 1 day olive oil tours.

Morning and lunch on your own
Afternoon: hands on cooking class in English
Monday Day 3
Morning: in-class wine tastings. Learn about Puglian indigenous grapes, terroir and wines
Afternoon: visit of a winery and wine tasting
Tuesday Day 4
Morning: in-class extra virgin olive oil tasting class. Learn everything about olive oils
Afternoon: visit of an olive oil producer and olive oil tasting
Wednesday Day 5
Morning: in-class wine tastings. Learn about Puglian indigenous grapes and wines
Afternoon: visit of a winery and wine tasting
Thursday Day 6
Morning: gourmet tour in Lecce
Afternoon: visit of an olive oil producer and olive oil tasting
