Overview
-Olive oil tours run by Cinzia (certified olive oil taster) in English;
-SMALL GROUPS: min 2, max 10 people;
-Learn everything about extra virgin olive oil (how it is made; importance of cold press, how to buy and store it; how to read the label);
-Meet select producers;
-Attend an olive oil tasting class;
-Attend the olive harvest (in season);
-half day: 10am – 1pm.
You may also attend the one week full immersion into Puglia wines and olive oils which includes several visits to best wineries and in-class wine tastings and lectures; or a one day cooking class in Puglia .

10am we meet at a meeting point in Lecce. Or we meet 10:30 at the olive oil prodycer if you use your own transfers. Price is 90 euro per person, including 21% VAT tax. For the accommodation, please let us know what your preference is and we will recommend some of the best bed and breakfasts or hotels in Lecce and Puglia. During the olive oil tours we will visits the best olive oil areas in Puglia which are located nearby the Lecce area. We schedule one or two olive oil tastings and tours per week. Please contact us for dates and availability.
Itinerary
We visit the press, learn everything about local olive varieties, terroir and production method. You attend an extra virgin olive oil tasting class. We are back in Lecce at 1pm.
