-HANDS ON & in English cookery classes;
-6 people max per class (please enquire for larger groups);
-simple recipes;

-excellent wines and extra virgin olive oils to pair our dishes;
-two cooking instructors, Cinzia & Marika (who is also a Cardiologist).
-wine tours and olive oil tasting with Cinzia who is also a professional wine sommelier and certified extra virgin olive oil taster.

Itinerary
Our 7 Day culinary programs usually runs from Saturday to Friday. You may join us for the whole program or for 4 days or for 1 day.
Saturday Day 1
Arrival and welcome dinner
Sunday Day 2
First hands on cooking class in English
Following meal based on our creations
Free afternoon and dinner (we suggest you visit Gallipoli)
Monday Day 3
Visit a local market
Lunch together
Second hands on cooking class in English
Following meal based on our creations
Tuesday Day 4
Free morning and lunch (we suggest you visit Lecce)
Third hands on cooking class in English
Following meal based on our creations
Wednesday Day 5
Half day wine tour and wine tasting
Light lunch together
Free afternoon and dinner (we suggest you visit Otranto / Ostuni)
Thursday Day 6
Extra virgin olive oil tasting class
Visit a local producer/artisan
Light lunch together
Fourth hands on cooking class in English
Following meal based on our creations
Friday Day 7

Location
The Stile Mediterraneo Cooking School is located in Squinzano, nearby the best wine and extra virgin olive oil areas in Salento Puglia. Squinzano is 10 minutes from the Lecce historical center and off the tourist tracks.
For the accommodation, you may stay at the Stile Mediterraneo B&B. Or, if you prefer other accommodations, we will be happy to refer you to the best boutique hotels and villas with a swimming pool.
