Classes are in English and for small groups. Have fun meeting the locals and new friends!

Itinerary
Our 4 Day cooking courses in Puglia may include one of these two following options, or you may join us for a one week cooking course or for 1 day cooking class:
Program 1
Day 1
Arrival. Dinner on your own
Day 2
Visit a local fruit and vegetable market in Lecce, the beautiful baroque town.
Light lunch together.
Hands on cooking class in English
Following meal based on our creations
Day 3
Half day wine tour and wine tasting
Lunch and afternoon on your own.
You may stay longer or we say Goodbye, hoping to see you again!

Location
The Stile Mediterraneo Cooking School is located in Squinzano, nearby the best wine and extra virgin olive oil areas in Salento Puglia. Squinzano is 10 minutes from the Lecce historical center and off the tourist tracks.
For the accommodation, we will be happy to refer you to the best boutique hotels, bed and breakfasts or villas with a swimming pool that best suit your needs and budget.

“A Treasure Beyond Words”
As our friend Lannie stated in her review Cinzia and Marika are a complete treasure. As a group of six friends we enjoyed the pleasure of their instruction as we cooked in their home. While we prepared wonderful local dishes under their tutelage we learned of the unique history of their family and they shared recipes passed down from their sweet grandma “Nona.” We caught a true glimpse of Italian family life that is rarely seen by most tourist. We also left feeling like family and included in the warmth of these two extraordinary women. Professionals in every sense of the word, these ladies actually had savvy and patience to turn the task of creating Tiramisu into a fun and delightful task for three guys!

“Highlight of our trip”
We, six friends, spent two days cooking, laughing and learning. Cooking with incredibly fresh ingredients like homemade pasta, fish, ricotta, bread, we made two delicious meals though our skill levels were varied. Laughing because the two sisters are wonderfully funny, patient and full of stories. Learning because in the time we spent cooking, we learned about Puglia and its lifestyle. Indeed the highlight of our two weeks in Puglia.

“Cook, eat, laugh, live”
4 day spent cooking, laughing and enjoying life in Sqinzano. A fantastic way to spend time in this little known area of Italy. Cinzia, and her sister Marika, are passionate about their food, wine and olive oil from their region. Their knowlege is superb, and passion for passing this on is infectious. They are patient for those of us pasta novices. I can’t recommend this experience enough.
