-HANDS ON and in English cookery classes;
-6 people max (please enquire for larger groups);
-simple recipes;
-highest quality ingredients;
-excellent wines and extra virgin olive oils to pair dishes;
-two teachers (Cinzia & Marika)
Cinzia is also a professional wine sommelier and certified extra virgin olive oil taster. Marika is also a Cardiologist.

Itinerary
You may choose to join us just for the half day cooking class; or you may also attend a Market tour, a Wine tour, an Olive oil tasting class or the whole 7 day Cooking, Market & Wine tour.

Location
The Stile Mediterraneo Cooking School is located in Squinzano, nearby the best wine and extra virgin olive oil areas in Salento Puglia. Squinzano is 10 minutes from the Lecce historical center and off the tourist tracks.
For the accommodation, you may stay at the Stile Mediterraneo B&B. Or, if you prefer other accommodations, we will be happy to refer you to the best boutique hotels and villas with a swimmingpool.
